Problems logging in....

Wrong/incorrect username...check your speelling (LOL)

Incorrect password....you may have to reset your password....  once this is fixed

write down your information in more than one place.

It is critical that you keep track of the email address you used to create your account !!!!!!!

If you get a " Microsoft C++ " error you will have to reload this from Microsoft...Google it..

To change your password you must login FIRST or nothing will happen when you attempt to change your password.

Reboot your machine.

Or....it's possible that you have not yet paid your MBH dues for the current year.
